iBoxxed offers free delivery for orders ₱2,499.00 or more within the city.
When does my order ship?
We strive to ship out orders within one to two business days. We send one SMS when your order is processed and another SMS when your order ships and it includes the tracking number of your order. Our delivery driver will usually call you for your specific address validation.
Do you ship to my area?
We ship everywhere in Dumaguete, Sibulan Highway, and Valencia areas only. We will let you know when the other areas are available.
Do you ship to offices?
Yes!!! We deliver snacks, disposable tableware and janitorial supplies in bulk. Check out Office Supplies Category.
How do I pay?
For now, we use Cash On Delivery. We are trying our best to facilitate different kinds of online payment method for safe and easy access.
How is my order shipped?
We ship with PediBoxxed (pedicabs). We partnered with certain pedicab drivers to support their livelihood and the community as well. We care about our customers, partners and community.
How do I track my order?
We give you the tracking number on the second SMS when your order ships. It includes tracking details and status of your order.
Can I cancel my order or edit my shipping address?

Can I return an item?
